Saturday, February 21
7:00 – 10:00 PM
(Bexley location — details provided after RSVP)
Vino & Volunteering is CISV Columbus’s signature winter gathering — part social night, part behind-the-scenes look at how our summer Village actually happens.
This event was created not as a traditional fundraiser, but as a way to connect people to the work that makes CISV possible. A Village can’t be purchased. It has to be built by people — host families, activity leaders, logistics helpers, kitchen crews, safety teams, and organizers who keep everything running when 40+ international kids arrive in Columbus for four incredible weeks.
That’s what this night is really about.
You’ll enjoy wine, light refreshments, and conversation — but you’ll also get a clear picture of how you, your family, or your friends can play a real role in welcoming the world to Columbus in 2026.
Family-Friendly Evening
This is a family event.
A Junior Branch activity will run at the same time and location, so kids and teens can take part while adults connect and learn more about Village roles.
How You Can Help
Throughout the evening you’ll be able to explore the many ways people support a Village, including:
-
Hosting international delegates in your home
-
Helping run activities and theme days
-
Supporting logistics, transportation, and supplies
-
Assisting with meals, setup, and daily operations
-
Helping with safety, supervision, and coordination
Some of these roles require a few days. Others span the full program. All of them matter.
RSVP
Please RSVP for both adults and Junior Branch participants by February 18.
